Moving forward with our Digital GIS software is going to require some assistance from the user. Below are the necessary and suggested rules to follow before using the DigitalGIS™ software.

Download (One Time Only):

• J2RE-1.3.1 WIN-I.exe (Restart Computer)
• Arc Explorer Java Setup.exe (Restart Computer)

These downloads are not part of the DigitalGIS™ software. They are viewers that will allow you to properly view DigitalGIS™ on your computer. Without the viewers the software will not work.

• Determine the number of Users and Administrators in your office.
• Download our online manual and print it so you have it in a hardcopy form in your office for a reference.
• Review the specs of your current hardware, and match them to the minimum requirements, so you can make sure that the software will run its best on your system.
• Contact us or send us your contact information, so we can set up payment and set up your user and administrator accounts. We will then e-mail you with your Logins and Passwords.

Suggested:

• Determine if there is any in-house data or information you would like to be able to access, search, view, or manipulate through your DigitalGIS™ software.
• Data for your benefit can be converted into you GIS system for your use only (kept confidential). If the information is in a hardcopy format, it must be converted into a digital format. This data conversion process can be performed internally or by Achaean.
