DigitalGIS™ is a web-based geographic information system that allows a person to work with political and geographic information in his/her particular county or counties of interest without leaving the office.

DigitalGIS users have the luxury of providing their clients/customers with a visual print out of individual pieces of land and all of the chosen criteria that goes along with it. With DigitalGIS, the user has the ability to draw and label on top of a particular parcel. Parcels can be found through multiple search options in the software. Many layers of land information associated with each parcel are available and can be transposed on the parcel. The user can quickly determine where residential or commercial properties are, what soil types exist on a parcel, if the existence of wetlands prohibit building, how far away schools are, what school district a home falls in, where voting districts are, the traffic counts on chosen roads, and census etc...

The data layers can be overlaid on top of different base maps including tax maps, topographical maps, aerial photos or satellite images. DigitalGIS™ is composed of a web-based interface, GIS viewers, and searchable databases to provide a user with current and accurate land information.
