Parcel Search Tool . . . Released !

DigitalGIS™ is released with custom search tools for in-depth parcel searching. Our customers asked for a easier parcel search tool. Most of the search tools provided with a GIS are tailored to a GIs user not a real-estate broker. In response to our customer's suggestions a new search tool for searching parcels is here!

The user can search by choosing one or more of the criteria below to construct simple to highly specialized searches. The searches are performed on the all the parcels which are loaded. Once the search is completed, the parcels are highlighted for the user to easily pick out and view specific data on each.

Parcel Search Tool Features:

Feature Buffering:

This search feature allows the user to search for parcels bordering a geographical or political feature within a given distance. The measurement units for the distance can be chosen from standard or metric units.

Parcel Size:

This search feature allows the user to search for a parcel with acreage and / or parcel frontage greater-than or less-than a desired value. The

Land Use & Sub-Use:

This search feature allows the user to search for a parcel with a desired land use such as;

commercial, residential, agricultural, vacant, others. In addition to the major use the user has the ability to choose any of each major land use's sub uses, for example commercial as the major land use category and retail services as the sub-use.

Township:

This search feature allows the user to search for a parcel within a desired township of the loaded data.

School District:

This search feature allows the user to search for a parcel within a desired township of the loaded data.
