Watervliet Housing Department Tenant Placement Project:

AchaeanGIS is working with the Watervliet Housing Department for the improvement of visual tracking of housing services provided to the Watervliet community. The goal is to bring to the city of Watervliet an easily accessible GIS tailored to their needs.

With the addition of customized data layers the Watervliet Housing Department will be able to visually track and analyze placement of tenants in housing. Using DigitalGIS™ the placement officer will be able to visually compare rental rates, location of convenience stores, medical facilities, bus routs, crime areas, and other criteria.

Center for Economic Growth Potential Project:

AchaeanGIS and the Center for Economic Growth(CEG) in Albany NY are in the process of exploring the possibilities of working with the on their Technology Project. The possibility exists for providing web accessible mapping solutions for all CEG members by bringing together a customized set of data layers and viewers to the CEG web site
